Privacy note
A short plain-language note. A fuller privacy notice will replace it when we open to the public. Last updated November 3, 2026.
What we keep
- Your email address.
- If you pick one, whether you are mainly renting, buying, investing or a landlord.
- When you signed up.
- A scrambled (salted, one-way) fingerprint of your network address, only to spot abuse of the form. We cannot turn it back into your address.
We do not ask for your name, phone or home address, we set no cookies, and this page runs no ad or analytics trackers.
Why
To email you when Gableowl opens up, and to decide whom to invite first. We do not sell or share your information, and we do not use it for advertising.
How long
Until you ask us to delete it, or 24 months after you sign up if we have not opened to you by then, whichever comes first.
We will write to you about Gableowl opening up. Every email will say who we are, include our mailing address and have an unsubscribe link. We do not send a confirmation message yet, so if someone signed you up by mistake, tell us and we will remove you.
Who handles it
Cloudflare (hosting and spam protection) and Supabase (database) process it for us, only for us. Cloudflare also sees ordinary technical request data, such as your IP address, to deliver the site.
Your choices
Ask what we hold, or ask us to correct or delete it: privacy@gableowl.com, from the address you signed up with. We answer within 45 days and give everyone, in every state, the same rights.
This site is for adults. If you are under 18, please do not sign up.
